The Stroke Caregiver Connection Caregiver Training Course is a hands-on educational resource, providing essential, real-world, practical insights and tips customized designed for both healthcare professionals and care partners. Personally led by Lana Wilhelm, participation can be either virtual or in person.
The program is scaffolded and includes a monthly subscription option and tiered pricing, based on the level of the package chosen.
The Caregiver Training Course is covered by most insurance and can be submitted directly to Medicare. Healthcare professionals should consult their HR department to confirm costs are reimbursable as professional development.
